Amy Kilbarger, NP

Amy Kilbarger has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 5 years. She earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, her Bachelor of Arts in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and her Master of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. 

Her experience as a NP includes family medicine of all age groups, urgent care, with a strong background in nutrition, working in clinics that specialize in nutrition and regenerative medicine. 

Amy has a diverse background that includes bone and breast cancer research and orthopedic clinical research also at Vanderbilt University.    Amy is a veteran and served as a military police officer for 10 years in the United States Air Force. She also enjoyed teaching Pilates part-time at the YMCA during her time in Nashville, TN.

Amy enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and skydiving.  She finds mental clarity and balance through meditating and Pilates.  Her largest passion is integrative medicine which includes incorporating and finding a balance of wellbeing through mind, body, and spirit. She hopes to educate and help others learn to find this balance in their personal everyday lives.
